- MealistaIf you follow the road round past Uig Bay on the Isle of Lewis you eventually come to Mealista where there is a small beach with these beautiful rocks. The road does not go much further and the area is quiet even in the height of the tourist season.Les

You know….the sea view isn’t eveything. In the hooley on Saturday night I was delighted that our wee house is in a bit of a hollow with no views. Much less weather impact!
